Little Changes to Losing Weight

Losing weight is a tricky business.  The key to becoming thin is making weight-loss a part of your daily life.  That means from the time you wake up to the time you go back to bed you are going to keep “skinny” on your mind.

This doesn’t mean you have to sign up for any crazy diet plans that are going to make you starve.  And you are not going to have to do crazy intense exercises every day either.  All you have to do is begin to change your daily habits little by little.

The body becomes accustomed to the amount of stress it receives daily.  Luckily for you, you have a marvelously adaptable body.  That means if you start jogging each day then jogging is going to become easier with each jog, because the body will adapt by developing muscles and shedding excess fat.

However, if the body is neglected then it will start to acquire too much fat.  The body adapts to resistance, and when the resistance is taken away the body becomes soft.  This is particularly troublesome for astronauts dealing with zero gravity.

Like I said, this doesn’t mean you have to start doing some incredible exercise routines or get on some crazy diets.  All you need is a little more resistance in your life.

Try to incorporate 30 minutes of exercise into your day.  It doesn’t all have to be all at once, but if it is then that is going to do some extra impact to your physical development. Little things like tapping and drinking water can help burn an extra 300 calories a day.

Just find little things you can change and start working on improving those first.  Then, within no time,  you will have changed so many little things that you are a completely different person.
